We are not the breeders or kitten mills. Over the years we established trustful relationships with multiple cat catteries in Europe. Our kittens are coming from Ukraine, Russia, Poland and are 4 months old. All our kittens grow in a homely environment with love and care. 

We accept visits by appointment only and majority of the time, when our kittens arrive here, all of them are already reserved. We understand that some people feel uncomfortable placing a reservation online without seeing a kitten in person first. And sometimes it happens that we still have unreserved kittens at our location. If the kitten you happened to like is not at our location yet, but you still want to come and take a look at the kitten in real life, we can schedule an appointment and show you the kitten that is already reserved by someone and still at our location. We also always provide new videos and pictures of the kitten that you reserved while the kitten is still in the cattery.

No, the reservation fee is non-refundable. (the only exception is if kitten is unfit for purchase, or the kitten wasn’t delivered at the promised time). 

Yes, the reservation fee guarantees that your kitten wouldn’t be adopted by someone else. However, if you failed to pick up your kitten at the promised time and failed to respond to our calls, emails and texts, we hold the right to cancel your reservation and find a new family for the kitten.

All our kittens have an international passport with all vaccines records, rabies shot records, unique identification microchip number and deworming records. We also provide FIV/FELV Test and HCM scan records. Additionally we provide a the a litter, food for 3 days and plastic carrier (if requested).

Yes, we can help you pick a perfect stud or queen for your cattery. 

Yes, if you are looking to breed or show your kitten, we can help you with it as well. Be advised that the adoption fee which is shown on our website is for a kitten that is purchased as a pet.

We accept returns only if the kitten was unfit for purchase. Allergy, landlord dislike, personal reasons are not valid reasons for return. It’s your responsibility to take the kitten to the vet within 48 hours after purchase for a physical exam. If during the physical exam the vet determines that the kitten was unfit for the purchase, we will accept the return or exchange the kitten.

Yes, all our kittens are litter box- trained. 

We use feline pine litter. 

We recommend feeding your kittens at least 4 times a day till they reach the age of 8 months. After that, you can slowly transition to a 2 meals a day food plan.

We feed our adult cats with raw food. And we are currently working on the perfect raw formula for our kittens. Once it's ready, we will notify you and send you a sample to try. To our kittens, we prefer to give raw meat as well, we also give tuna in a can (soaked in water) and royal canin for kittens (wet and dry). At the time of pick up, we give you a royal canin dry food sample, which should be sufficient for 3 days. Please, be aware that if you introduce your kitten to a different food brand too soon, you may have to deal with vomiting and diarrhea as a side effect.

We recommend bathing your Sphynx cat at least once a week.

We advise you to pick a hypoallergenic baby shampoo.

We always recommend having at least 2 pets in the house. 

It's your responsibility to make sure that the kitten is healthy. We advise that you schedule an appointment for a physical exam in advance. Be aware that you have 48 hours to check your kitten for diseases. We accept returns or exchanges if something vital was found during an exam.

We recommend scheduling a regular physical examination and a fecal test. Your kitten is dewormed as at the time of the purchase. But there is still a small chance that your kitten could have parasites. Be aware that regular vet checks and deworming going forward, will be your responsibility as the owner of the kitten.

We highly recommend avoiding giving any vaccines to your kitten at the adaptation period of time. Your kitten is up to date on shots and definitely can wait a couple of weeks if you decide to give it a third distemper. Please, understand that the rehoming process is a stressful event for your kitten. Therefore, giving a vaccine at the vet office at the same time as changing an environment, could make your kitten feel lethargic and sick. If this happens, please don’t panic or run to an emergency room. Give your kitten a couple of days to recover, making sure it eats food, drinks water and gets enough rest.

There are a few reasons why your kitten may start having diarrhea which are: 1. You rapidly changed its food. 2. Your kitten is stressed. 3. Your kitten caught the parasites. If it happens to your kitten: you should return to the food that your kitten used to eat before, and create a pleasant home environment for it. If the diarrhea isn’t going away after a few days, schedule a vet appointment and check your kitty’s poop for parasites.

Please, contact us immediately and ask for advice. Also, be aware that running to an emergency room and testing your kitten for all possible reasons of the lethargy, vomiting, or diarrhea would be your decision and we are not responsible for any medical bills that you may present to us later. Please contact us first and tell us in a few words what is going on with your kitten. The emergency room should be the last option that you want to consider.
